Missing Order

For orders that shows delivered through tracking number from your friendly neighborhood carrier (Fedex, ups, usps, dhl, etc)
You will need to check with your local post office about its delivery status. Your parcel may be waiting at the post office undelivered or may be in customs at the port waiting to be processed.
A good rule of thumb is to check around your house/ apartment and with your neighbors regarding your package. Note in some case the post office will require a day or two for them to fully deliver the package.
We will do our best to provide further assistance and help resolve the issue.
For orders that didn’t arrive at the time that was first provided to arrive, and the order is still in Transit according to the tracking number
If your tracking number shows that the order didn’t arrive at the time that was first provided to arrive, please allow a few days for the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and to update the tracking number. In cases where you have given enough time for the resolution and the tracking number is still not updated, please contact us. We are going to investigate the situation and come up with a proper solution.
Change of shipping address
Email sales@anime1stop.com with your order number and the address you would like to change. Note before emailing us you will need to make sure the address you provide to us new or old will need to be on your account settings / profile. We will not be able to change your address if the item has already been processed and shipped.
Average Shipping Time Frame
After confirmation of receiving final payment, your item will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been processed and shipped. There are times which you will need to wait for the carrier to update the tracking system.
If for any reason that item cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
Damage on Arrival
Damage Items or defective product must be reported within 15 days from the date of purchase.
In order to assist you better, we will require you to provide a detailed description and the photos of the damage item along with the product and original packaging materials.
If the product is damaged during shipment, we will ask for your assistance in order to help you file an insurance claim to the carrier if an insurance was purchased for your order. It is highly recommended to have shipping insurance due to many theft lately.
Keep the product and all the packaging materials till the final settlement of your case. We will ask for you to send the order back to us so we may inspect and determine and eliminate any fraud actions.
NOTE: We refuse the rights to assist with any items that arrived broken, items missing, or not in original packaging with in the 15-days return/exchange policy time frame.
Another to assist you further you will need to have all the items including packaging and accessory it came with.
