The Italian Air Force received the F-104G in 1962; in 1969 they introduced the enhanced F-104S, which had the ability to operate the AIM-7, as well as enhanced engines and increased hardpoints. The F-104S ASA/M is an S-type performance-enhanced aircraft with further modifications such as navigation equipment and improved instruments. Since 1998, 49 F-104S ASAs have been updated to the ASA/M. This kit from Kinetic features newly molded parts for the characteristic small fins on the left and right of the rear fuselage. Decals for three versions are included, as are bomber-type and interceptor-type instrument panels, BL104 pylons and AIM-7/Aspide launchers. Order yours today!
